  Scenic drive to get there. An intro to apple picking, picker sheds set up as museum displays for general interest & historicity. Amazing variety of tasting menu, good morning tea, lunch or arvo tea location. Accommodation also available.

  Well designed coffee and dining areas with very fine local made wines to go with very delicious served food. A family owned and operated business with the most graceful hosts. The surrounding views over the vineyards to the Hartz Mountains draws the visitor's gaze down the valley to the majestic Huon River. This is one of those treasured spots that I have discovered and Hartzview continues to be a special place for a lovely visit. No doubt I will visit again.

  Food 3 stars, mountain view 5 stars, a roast pork pie has a good combination of tastes although it was reheated in the microwave. if you are going there in summer, you can pick up cherry at least.
